How we picked and compared
We compared loyalty tools that Indian businesses consider, reading each vendor's official website or pricing page on 27 October 2026. The three products work in different ways (shared network, own-brand program, enterprise rewards at checkout), so we explain the model first.

Vega CircleOur product
Vega Circle is a shared loyalty and referral network for local businesses in India, built by D&D Technology in Jaipur. Customers earn Vega Coins on their bill at one member shop and redeem them at any member business nearby, from one phone wallet (phone + OTP, no app download). Members also pass referral leads to each other and earn commission, and run WhatsApp campaigns to their own opted-in customers. Vega Coins are reward points with no cash value.

Strengths
- A free plan: 1 outlet, network listing and accepting coin redemptions at ₹0.
- Shared coins: customers earned elsewhere in the circle walk in to spend them at your shop.
- Referral board to pass and receive leads, with commission; WhatsApp campaigns on Growth.
- QR counter, one-line JS widget and REST API with webhooks; data isolated per business with OTP consent.
Limits
- A shared network is only as useful as the member businesses near you; ask how many are in your area before paying.
- A 2-3% settlement fee applies on coins redeemed at your business, on all plans.
- Shopify, WooCommerce and Tally plugins are listed as Phase 2, not available yet.
Reelo
Reelo is customer loyalty and engagement software for restaurants and retail outlets. Its pricing page lists a Forever Free plan (SMS and email campaigns, customer and business insights) and a Growth plan with a branded loyalty program, feedback, online review growth, automated and smart campaigns, QR code and a referral program, plus paid add-ons for branded memberships.

- Points belong to your own program; customers cannot spend them at other nearby businesses.

Twid
Twid (twidpay.com) describes itself as an incentive and rewards platform connecting issuers, merchants, brands, fintechs and consumers. It offers "Pay with Rewards", which lets customers use reward points at checkout, and Nexus AI, which picks an incentive for each customer. It is built for enterprises, banks and loyalty programs, and does not publish merchant pricing; the call to action is "Contact Sales".

Which one should you choose?
Reelo is the better choice for a restaurant, café or retail brand that wants its own branded loyalty program with feedback and review tools, and has the budget per outlet. If you want customers to earn at your shop and spend at neighbouring shops, which brings you new walk-ins, Vega Circle works differently.
Twid is the better choice for an online brand or enterprise that wants to accept bank and card reward points at checkout and has an enterprise budget. For a local shop that wants a simple coin wallet shared with neighbouring businesses, with a free plan, Vega Circle is built for that.
Vega Circle is the better choice for local businesses (tiffin services, jewellers, salons, kirana stores, cafés, clinics) that want shared rewards and referrals with nearby shops, with a free start. If you want a loyalty program only under your own brand with review and feedback tools, a single-brand tool may suit better.
How to decide in one week
- Write down the three jobs the software must do every day, and the one report you need every week.
- Shortlist two products at most, and ask each vendor for a demo on your own sample data, not a generic tour.
- Ask each vendor, in writing, for the full yearly cost: plan, users, add-ons, payment or transaction fees, setup and support.
- Check how you can export your data if you leave, and in which format.
- Run one real week of work in the trial or demo account before you commit to a yearly plan.
